Patterned & Obscure glass for traditional wooden sash windows

Pembroke & Nash Traditional Sash Windows covering all of Sussex & Brighton.

We can install Patterned & Obscure Glass in existing sash windows or supply new sash windows with the glass installed, single or double glazed.

Popular uses for patterned or obscure glass:

  • In and around front doors. White laminate glass is the most popular for this application, secure and obscure but still letting in lots of light. Laminate glass is triple layered so cannot be smashed without a lot of time & determination whilst making plenty of noise.
  • In bathrooms it is now very popular to obscure only the lower sash leaving the top sash clear.
  • Patterned glass is also requested where the window has a restricted view such as in the sides of properties overlooking neighbours & passageways.

Patterned & Obscure GlassPlease see the brochures from Pilkington Glass UK. These brochures are shown in PDF format, so you will require a suitable internet browser to view these. The brochures may take a couple of minutes to load. Most of the ranges are suitable for single and double glazed windows. Please note that SATIN (White milky glass) is not in the Pilkington range but is available and very popular. Samples of the actual glass can be shown to you on request. Please request this with our office.
